新型コロナウイルス感染症への当スタジオ取り組みについて

当社スタジオにおきましては、新型コロナウイルスの感染・流行防止策として、以下の通り対策を実施しております。
【スタッフの感染対策】
・出社前にスタッフの検温を徹底しております。
・発熱、倦怠感がある者、また家族や身近な知人に感染症の疑いのある者については就業に就かせない対応をとっております。
・就業前に、手洗い・うがいを徹底しております。
・お客様およびスタッフの健康と安全を考慮し、マスク着用での応対をさせていただきます。

【スタジオ内の感染予防対策】
・スタジオお貸し出し前に換気を行っております。自然光スタジオなので、窓が多く換気に適した空間です。
・営業開始前、および営業時間中については定期的に除菌作業を行なっております。
・消毒、除菌作業の際には、手袋を着用して行っております。
・スタジオ内では換気のため窓を開放しております。
・室内は土足厳禁となっております。（靴底のウィルスなどの持ち込みを予防）
・レンタル機材については、貸し出し前に除菌を行なっております。
・撮影終了時のご清算については、サインレスでの対応とさせていただき、後日請求書にてご清算も可能です。

【ご利用時におけるお客様へのご協力のお願い】
・感染防止のため、マスクの着用をお願いいたします。
・ビル出入り口に手指用アルコール（ビオレU 薬用 手指の消毒液）を設置しております。ご入館の際に手指の消毒にご協力ください。
・ビル出入り口にて、検温をお願いいたします。当日、37.5℃以上の発熱のある方、体調の優れない方はご来場をお控えください。
・新型コロナウイルス感染のリスク回避及び感染した場合の追跡調査のため、健康状態のGoogleフォーム登録にご協力ください。
・個人情報のご記入や感染情報提供は任意ですが、ご記入いただけない場合は撮影等にご参加いただけない場合がございます。コロナウイルス対策へのご協力やご理解をお願いいたします。
・こまめな手洗いうがいにご協力ください。
・スタジオご利用中は、随時換気を行なっていただくよう、ご協力お願いいたします。
・極力、対面での接客を控えさせていただいております。ご質問等は内線にてご連絡をお願いいたします。

万が一当社スタジオにおいて感染者が発生した際、サービス提供が困難と判断した場合、やむを得ずご予約・仮予約を解除させていただく場合がございます。
サービスの停止に関連してお客様及び第三者に生じた損害につきましての責任は負いかねますのであらかじめご了承いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。

Preventive Measures Against COVID-19

We have implemented the following measures at Studio BROADWAY in order to limit the spread of the COVID-19 and prevent infections.

【To Employees】
・All employees are required to take their temperature.
・Do not allow employee with fever, malaise or whose family is suspected of infection to work.
・Wash hands and gargle thoroughly before start woking.
・Wear masks with consideration of the health and safety of our customers and employees.

【Inside of Studio】
・Ventilate a studio before use. Since the studio with natural light, there are many windows to open and ventilate.
・Sterilize high contact area and each space non-business hours and during the session time.
・Use gloves when sterilizing
・Circulate the air with opening for all studios places
・Shoes are strictly prohibited (to prevent bringing in viruses on the soles of shoes)
・Sanitize rental equipments before rent
・Without a signature when payment, send a bill by the end of month.

【To Customers】
・Please make sure to wear masks to prevent infections.
・Please sanitize your hands at the entrance.
・Please take your temperature at the entrance, refrain from visiting when you have a fever over 37.5 degrees or malaise.
・Please cooperate to register your health status via Google form to prevent the risk of infection and to follow up the infection.
Filling in your personal information and infection information is optional, but you may not be able to enter the studio if you refuse
to fill in the form.
・Please wash hands and gargle thoroughly
・Please cooperate to ventilate the studio during the session time.
・Please contact us with an extension telephone at the studio since we refrain from talking in person as much as possible.

If an infected person occurs at our studio and when we determine that it is difficult to provide the service, we may cancel your reservation.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any damage caused to customers or a third party in connection with the suspension of the above service.
